Draymond Green also showed his overall quality as a player recording his 7th career Triple-double of 20 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists. Klay Thompson also added 19 points, 5 boards and 5 dimes.

Portland replicated their first half success from Game Two and led as much as 18 in the second quarter thanks to a scoring explosion from Meyer Leonard who generated a game high 13 points in his first ever stint in the starting line up for this year’s playoffs. He was backed by CJ McCollum with 12 points and Damian Lillard producing 10 points respectively, all from the 24 minutes of basketball.

But there were not the only team to replicate a feat from the previous game as Golden State used another strong third quarter and overall second half showing to steal the game away. They outscore the Trail Blazers by 24 points in the remaining two quarters (29-13 in 3rd quarter and 28-20 in 4th quarter).
